The initial design document has been waiting in the wings since 1999.  A decade, is the time ripe yet?  Is 3D beautiful enough yet?

This design has a certified (U.S. registered) copyright filed in 1999 to protect the eventual producers of this virtual world.  The principal reason for filing is to show when this project was started.   Nemo's Mind can always be argued as the first of the 2nd generation humanistic virtual worlds.  This web site has been used for storage of Nemo's Mind and as proof of its age in work, and has never been registered to search engines.
